摘要
根据地方高校应用型人才培养的特点,围绕培养具有工程实践与创新能力电气工程高级技术人才的目标,探讨了电气工程及其自动化专业在学科建设、课程体系、实践教学、人才培养模式等方面的改革与创新,介绍了具体的实施方案,并对实践效果进行了分析与研究。
According to the characteristics of local colleges applied talents, focus on the ability of engineering practice and innovation in electrical engineering senior technical talent, and probes into the electrical engineering and its automation in discipline construction, curriculum system, practice teaching and personnel training mode reform and innovation, this paper introduces the concrete implementing scheme, and analyses the effect of practice and research.
