毕业设计是高等教育教学中一个非常重要的实践性环节。本文在对当前高校毕业设计指导流程和相关教务管理业务流程进行深入调研和分析的基础上,基于Web技术与数据库技术,应用"事件驱动"理论,构建较完善的毕业设计信息管理系统。为毕业设计指导教师和学生提供功能全面的远程指导平台,并实现校、院、系三级教务管理部门对毕业设计全过程的精细规范管理,有效解决毕业生因就业等原因不能同指导教师经常见面和毕业设计过程管理控制等问题。

Graduation design is a significant practical aspect in higher education. On the basis of design guidance process and teaching management process, a better information management system of graduation design was beenconstructed applying web and database technology. This system would not only be remote guidance platform to instructors and students, but also would be a management tool to make school, college and department normatively administrate the guidance process.
