摘要
从世界范围来看,工业生产发展的趋势为集约化、标准化、精益化。因此,职业教育愈来愈重视培养有创造性以及问题解决能力的高素质技术人才。而考核评价是职业教育教学过程中非常重要的环节,在教育教学过程中起着指挥棒的作用。本文总结了德国职业教育中对学生行为方式的考评方法,重点将学习文件夹评价法应用于轨道交通车辆操作类学生的学业考评,通过对学生学习轨迹的追踪、整理,促进了学生的学习和专业的发展,对职业教育教学和人才培养带来了积极影响。
Worldwide, the development trend of industrial production is intensive, standardized and lean production. Therefore, vocational education puts more focus on cultivating high-quality talents with creativity and problem-solving ability. As a significant link of the vocational education teaching process, academic evaluation is crucial. This paper summarizes the academic evaluation methods of vocational education in Germany, focusing on employing portfolio assessment to the academic evaluation of rail transit vehicle operation students, which method promotes students’ development through keeping tracks of the students’ academic career, thus bringing an positive inlfuence on vocational education and talents cultivation.
