富氢水对大鼠超比例随意皮瓣存活的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察富氢水对大鼠超比例随意皮瓣微循环血流量及存活面积的影响。方法将2~3个月的SD大鼠72只随机分为对照组、富氢水组,每组36只。术前2周,富氢水组自由饮用富氢盐水,对照组自由饮用生理盐水。在大鼠背部制作蒂在尾部的9.0 cm×1.5 cm矩形随意皮瓣。激光多普勒血流监测仪检测皮瓣微循环血流量,HE染色,光镜下观察皮瓣组织学改变。术后1、3、7 d计算皮瓣存活率。结果富氢水组近蒂部、中部血流量与对照组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);术后7 d,富氢水组皮瓣存活率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论饮用富氢水对超比例随意皮瓣的缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,可改善超比例皮瓣微循环血流量,从而提高皮瓣的存活率。 Objective To investigate the effects of hydrogen-rich saline on survival area and blood flow of ischemic random skin flap in rats. Methods Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 2 to 3 months were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely hydrogen-rich group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). Hydrogen group started to drink the hydrogen-rich saline from 2 weeks before the operation. Rats of control group were treated by normal saline. A caudally based dorsal random pat- tern skin flap, measuring 1.5 cm× 9.0 cm was symmetrically raised. In the experiment, rats were tested the blood flow of flap microeirculation by Laser-Doppler blood flow monitor. Full thickness tissue samples were taken to be sectioned with Haematoxylin-eosin staining for histological analysis. The skin paddle survival of remaining was measured at time of 1,3,7 days after operation, respectively. Results ( 1 ) The blood flow of proximal and middle portions increased significantly in hydrogen-rich saline group compared with control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) Hydrogen-rich saline group comparing with con- trol group, there was a significant difference with the survival rate of flap at 3 days and 7 days after operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Our findings suggest that the use of hydrogen-rich saline has obvious protective effect for the ischemic random skin flaps, may promote the surviving and increase the blood flow of flap microcirculation so as to improve the survival rate of flap.
