碳离子射线辐射对家蚕经济性状的影响

The Effects of Carbon Ion Ray Radiation on Economic Characters of Silkworm

采用三种不同剂量重离子碳对戊3胚胎的蚕卵进行照射处理,处理后调查蚕种一日孵化率、茧丝质、家蚕虫蛹统一生命率。本试验结果表明经过重离子碳辐射的蚕品种,对当代1 d孵化率的影响表现为辐射处理区均好于对照区,不同辐射剂量之间不表现某种趋势;茧丝量均好于或接近对照区,并随着辐射剂量的提高选择效果更好;虫蛹统一生命率则随着剂量的提高而依次递减,低剂量10 Gy辐射处理区好于对照区;辐射敏感性因品种而不同,本试验中选择的日系品种D敏感性大于中系品种A。

In this article, the silkworm egg were irradiated with three different doses of carbon heavy ion, and the hatch- ing rate in one day, the cocoon and silk quality, the unified life rate of pupa were detected. The results showed that the hatching rate in one day of silkworm worm irradiated with carbon heavy ion were better than the control group, however the performance was not related with the radiation dose. The cocoon and silk quality were also better than or close to the control group, which was positive correlated with the radiation dose. The unified life rate of pupa decreased while the radiation dose increased, but even the low dose radiation processing group of 10 Gy was better than the control group. And the radiation sensitivity were different among the varieties, such as the radiation sensitivity of Japanese vari- ety D was bigger than the Chinese variety A.
