构成中国海上交通要道的国际战略海峡主要分布于亚洲地区。我国在航海上是地理不利国家,在国际海运咽喉要道地区的影响力有限,一些重要国际海峡又存在主权争议,导致我国使用的国际海峡面临航行安全和效率问题。为保障我国海上航道通行,应就我国使用的主要国际海峡进行战略规划,就危机应对规定相应的法律机制,应特别重视与国际海峡沿岸国和国际海峡主要使用国的国际合作,采取多种方式增强我国在海峡事务上的影响力。

The Channels which are used for international voyage that affect our country mainly lie in Asia. As known to all, China does not take many geographic advantages in the circle of international play a limited role in the thoroughfare area of international sailing. What＇ s more, the sovereignty the field of voyage and disputes of significant international channels have brought lots of potential risks as well as the safety and efficiency prob- lems of voyage. In order to make our seaway channels become more unobstructed, necessary strategic planning should be made for the main international channels we use. At the same time, related legal mechanism needs to be regulated on account of the conceivable crisis. All in all, we must pay special attentions to cooperating with riparian countries and mainly using countries of these international channels, which will make China play a more influential part in the international channel affairs.
