依法治国与民事诉讼制度的完善——中国民事诉讼法学研究会2014年年会综述

The Rule of Law and the Improvement of Civil Procedural——A Brief Review on 2014 Chinese Society of Civil Procedural Law Annual Symposium

中国民事诉讼法学研究会历届年会体现了该年度我国民事诉讼法学研究总体水平及其发展趋势。2014年年会主题为"新民事诉讼法适用理论与实务"。通过对本届年会论文的分析,可以感知新法施行两年来民事诉讼制度所呈现出的变化和不足。中共中央2014年10月通过的《依法治国决定》对今后民事诉讼法的进一步完善提出了新的任务,成为民事诉讼制度现代化转向的新机遇。

The Chinese society of civil procedural law annual symposium reflects the level of research in Chi- nese civil procedure law and its development trend. The topic of 2014 is ＂theory and practice on application of the new amended civil procedure law＂. Analyzing these papers, we can find the changes and the shortages of civil litigation system with the enforcement of the new amended law over the past two years. The ＂decisions on the rule of law＂ by the central committee of CCP in October 2014 puts forward new tasks on the improvement of Chinese civil procedure law, and is a new opoortunities of modernized civil litigation systam
