摘要
以某石化公司1台U形管式热交换器为评估对象,利用UG软件建立三维模型,采用HYPERMESH软件划分网格、ABAQUS软件编制适合于U形管式热交换器分析的程序,通过数值模拟的方法对其管板进行热-机耦合场分析,得到了压力载荷、温度载荷及其同时作用下热交换器管板应力强度分布云图及计算数据。对结果进行了分析,可为其他形式热交换器的安全评估提供理论参考。
Taking a U type tube heat exchanger of a petrochemical corporation as the appraisal object, the UG software was used to establish the three-dimensional geometrical model, HY- PERMESH software to divide the mesh and then ABAQUS software to develop the analysis procedures for simulating the thermal-mechanical coupled field. The Mises stress contour and calcu- lating data were obtained under the action of the pressure load, temperature load and the combined action of them. The research results can provide theoretical reference and safety assessment for other types of heat exchangers.
