摘要目的了解血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在不同类型子宫内膜异位症中的表达情况。方法选择32例子宫腺肌症(AM)和36例卵巢子宫内膜异位症(OE-Ms)患者作为研究组。同时选择30例正常子宫内膜作为对照组。测定各组子宫内膜中VEGF的表达情况,并进行比较。结果研究组中VEGF的表达阳性率高于对照组;AM在位及异位内膜中VEGF的表达阳性率都高于OE-Ms;AM在位及异位内膜中VEGF的阳性表达都高于OE-Ms。结论 VEGF虽在不同类型的异位症中存在差异,但都参与了子宫内膜异位症中的发生。
