血清胱抑素C在诊断急性脑梗死中的应用

摘要 将我院2013年1月~2014年12月收治的68例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,同期收治的68例健康体检者作为对照组,测定两组的血清Cys C水平,并行常规血糖（Glu）、脂蛋白（a）[LP（a）]、血液胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）检测。结果观察组血清Cys C、Glu、LP（a）水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且脑梗死患者的血清Cys C水平与其Glu、LP（a）水平呈正相关（P〈0.05）。血清Cys C水平与急性脑梗死病症之间存在关联性,可将其用于急性脑梗死的临床诊断。
