摘要
济钢3#1 750 m3高炉焖炉时摒弃传统做法,将焖炉焦比降低100 kg/t;同时改善原燃料条件,适当提高炉缸热量,焖炉料保证风口区净焦20 t,炉腹加焦90 t,成渣带加焦70 t;复风采用全风口送风,并快速降焦比。在焖炉66 h的情况下,复风后12 h[Si]降到1.0%以下,14 h开始喷煤,实现了炉况快速恢复。
Jinan Steel abandoned the traditional approach in banking of the No.3 1 750 m3 BF and made banking coke rate reduce 100 kg/t, at the same time, improved the raw material and fuel conditions and appropriately increased the hearth heat. The net coke was insured 20 t in tuyere zone, 90 t in the bosh and 70 t in slag zone. In blowing in, blowing with full tuyeres was adopted and the coke rate was rapidly reduced. Therefore, in the condition of banking for 66 h, after blowing in, the [ Si ] was reduced to below 1.0% in 12 h and PCI operation was began, achieving a rapid recovery of the furnace condition.
