摘要
针对莱钢1 880 m3高炉炉役后期冷却水系统存在冷却壁损坏多、软水系统腐蚀严重、冷却能力下降、净环水管网脆弱等问题,在强化冷却能力、延长设备寿命、降低能耗等方面采取多种优化措施,保证了循环水系统安全、稳定、高效运行。
Aiming at the problems of stave damage, serious corrosion of soft water system, decreasing cooling capacity, friable pipe network for Laiwu Steel's 1 880 m^3 BF in late campaign, a variety of optimization measures in strengthening the cooling capacity, extending equipment life, redueing energy consumption and other respect were taken. Then it ensured the recycled water system safe, stable and efficient operation.
