摘要
针对YL82B盘条同圈抗拉强度波动大的问题,以Φ13 mm YL82B盘条为研究对象,从控制冷却工艺角度,对影响盘条抗拉强度的因素进行分析,并对盘条同圈性能在圆周上的分布进行检测,发现其强度分布规律与佳灵装置的调整有对应关系。通过优化调整,使YL82B盘条同圈强度标准偏差由15.4 MPa降低到10.64 MPa,满足了用户需求,减少了质量损失。
Aiming at the problem of YL82B wire rod with large fluctuation of the ring tensile strength, the YL82tl wire rod of Ф13 mm was researched as the object, from the angle of controlling cooling process, the influence factors of wire tensile strength were analyzed and the distribution of praperly in circumference of the, rod was detected. The results showed that there is a corresponding relationship between the intensity distribution rule and Optiflex system adjustment. By optimizing the Optiflex system adjustment, the standard deviation of the YL82B same ring intensity was reduced from 15.4 MPa to 10.64 MPa, it can meet the customer' needs and reduee the quality loss.
