摘要
利用超声波探伤、磁粉探伤、金相显微镜等检测手段对X60管线钢板探伤不合部位取样进行分析。结果表明:试样内部的夹杂、微裂纹是产生缺陷回波的主要原因。采取强化精炼以及连铸坯下线后堆垛缓冷等措施,提高了探伤合格率。
The samples from Nonconformity in Ultrasonic Flaw Detection of X60 steel plate was studied by means of Magnetic particle inspection and Metallurgical Microscopy elc. It has been proved that Micro-cracks and internal inclusions were. the main causes of the echoes from defects. Through the technology improvement on refining measure controlling, stacking slow cooling to off line continuous casting slabs, the Conformity Ratio ,ff Ultrasonic Flaw Detection has been improved.
