跨文化管理在山钢集团国际化运营中的应用

摘要 随着中国企业"走出去"战略的实施,跨文化管理成为决定企业国际化运营成功的关键因素之一。山钢集团在西非塞拉利昂铁矿项目运营管理中,遵循兼容并蓄的指导原则,采用尊重文化差异、强化能力培训、推进文化融合等方式,在矿山构建了基于山钢文化的跨文化管理模式,提高了企业国际化运营的管理效率,也为山钢未来在塞国的长远发展奠定了良好的基础。 With the implementation of going out strategy of Chinese enterprises, cross culture management has become one of the key factors of the success for enterprise internationalization operation. During the production management of Sierra Leone iron ore project, Shandong Iron and Steel Group follows the principle of inclusive, adopts ways of respecting culture differences, enhancing ability training and promoting culture fusion and builds a span-culture management mode based on Shandong Steel's own culture. It not only improved the management efficiency of enterprise internalization operation but also laid a solid foundation of the long-term development of Shandong Steel in Sierra Leone.
