原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤（PLT）是一种起源于甲状腺内淋巴细胞的恶性肿瘤,甚为少见,约占甲状腺恶性肿瘤的2%~5%,占结外淋巴瘤的2.5%~7.0%[1]。临床症状与体征缺乏特征性,确诊常常依赖于术后病理检查,术前易误诊为桥本甲状腺炎（HT）、甲状腺其他疾病或漏诊。本文以1例甲状腺淋巴瘤为例。
