摘要
目前我国中职院校由于缺乏健全的激励机制,优秀教师资源短缺,"双师型"教师队伍比例较小。以重庆为例,从教师的精神层面、薪酬激励、参与管理和决策、评价考核四个方面提出健全中职院校教师激励机制的对策,为教师队伍发展提供一些建议。
Due to the lack of sound incentive mechanism currently, secondary vocational schools are short of good teachers, and the proportion of "double quality teacher" is smaller. Taken Chongqing as an example, some measures are put forward from four aspects such as teachers' spirit, incentive compensation, participation in management and decision-making, and assessment and evaluation, to provide some suggestions for the development of teachers' team.
