Based on the introduction of the seller＇s obligation in effecting the insurance under CIF term and the significance of insurance policy endorsements on both the buyer and the seller, by discussing the types of insurance policy endorsements and the filling requirements on such documents, the paper tries to explore the filling regulations of the right document by illustrating the relevant cases in view of the students＇ errors in this field, aiming at helping students better understand such part and improve their practical skills as well as their vocational competence in the future work.
