摘要
活性炭纤维能有效去除有机污染物,采用湿法成型技术制备的活性炭纤维滤饼具有三维网状结构,有效网孔直径不受纤维直径的约束,在一定区域内可连续、可调控,空隙率可在30%~95%任意选择,并且制造成本低。通过对甲醇动态吸附作用的测试,与滤材市场上常见的活性炭纤维毡和纤维网相比,活性炭纤维滤饼显示出了更好的吸附效率和饱和吸附量。所以,可以将这种滤饼应用到防毒面具、空气净化器、工业废气净化和汽车尾气等从个人防护到空间防护,从工业生产到民用净化等各个领域。
