PVA改性离子交换膜对乙醇渗透性的研究

摘要 制备以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)/戊二醛(GA)交联杂化改性的聚乙烯醇(PVA),将其作为燃料电池(ADEFC)的阴离子交换膜,测试了不同温度下PVA/TEOS/GA杂化膜的乙醇渗透率。结果表明,杂化膜具有很好的阻醇性能,对乙醇的渗透率在1×10-8~4×10-8 cm2/s范围内,是纯PVA膜的1%,并且阻醇性优于Nafion膜和其他离子交换膜。 Preparation of TEOS (TEOS) / glutaraldehyde (GA) crosslinking hybrid-modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), as a fuel cell (ADEFC) mion exchange membranes were tested at different temperatures under PVA/TEOS / GA hybrid ethanol permeability of the membrane. The esults showed that the hybrid membrane has good alcohol resistance performance, penetration of ethanol in the 1 × 10^-8 - 4 ×10^-8 cm^2 / s 'ange, is 1% pure PVA film, and excellent resistance alcoholic in Nation membranes and other ion exchange membranes.
