摘要
为了实现200~1 100 nm宽光谱光源输出,避免光学器件移动产生的测量误差,简要介绍了一种基于背透式氘灯、卤钨灯的双光源共光轴设计,利用氘灯中心的小孔将氘灯、卤钨灯耦合在同一水平光轴上。在不移动光学器件的情况下,实现了紫外、可见、近红外光的共光轴输出,从而保证光路结构的稳定性,使得调试工作更加方便。
