目前,加强煤矿安全管理是实现安全生产、效益稳定增长的重要保障,更是推进我国煤矿事业发展的前提。通过分析煤矿事故发生的原因可知,很大一部分事故是因管理行为不当或管理体系不健全而造成的。从实际出发,对煤矿生产安全管理行为和相互影响作用进行了系统分析,从而提高管理水平。

Currently, strengthen coal mine safety management is to achieve safe production, an important guarantee for the steady growth of benefits; it is promoting the development of China＇s coal mine premises. By reason of coal mine accident analysis, a large part of the accident was due to improper management practices or management system is not perfect and result. From the reality of coal mine production safety management behavior and mutual influence systematically analyzed to improve the management level.
