摘要
压力变送器的工作原理是:当压力直接作用在测量膜片的表面时,就会使膜片发生微小的形变,测量膜片上的高精度电路就会将这个微小的形变变换成为与压力成正比的高度线性、与激励电压也成正比的电压信号,然后采用专用芯片将这个电压信号转换为工业标准的4~20 m A电流信号或1~5 V电压信号。由于测量膜片采用标准化集成电路,内部包含线性和温度补偿电路,所以,具备较高的精度和较高的稳定性,而变送电路采用专用的两线制芯片可以保证输出两线制4~20 m A的电流信号。
The working principle of pressure transmitter is: When pressure acts directly on the measurement surface of the diaphragm, it will happen a slight deformation of the diaphragm, high-precision measurement circuit diaphragm will be converted into the tiny deformation highly linear proportional to the pressure, and the excitation voltage is proportional to the voltage signal and then this special chip voltage signal is converted to industry-standard 4 - 20 mA current signal or 1 - 5 V voltage signal. Since the measuring diaphragm standardized integrated circuits, contained within linearity and temperature compensation circuitry, so, with high precision and high stability, and transmission circuit using a dedicated chip can guarantee two-wire output two-wire 4 - 20 mA current signal.
