一类考虑药物作用的HIV传播模型的性态分析

摘要 研究了一个考虑了药物作用的HIV传播数学模型,应用Lyapunov-LaSalle不变集原理证明了该模型无病平衡点的全局稳定性.提出了正平衡点的存在条件和后向分支出现的条件. In this paper ,a HIV model under antiretorviral therapy has been constructed .The global stabili-ty of the disease-free equilibria has been provedby means of the Lyapunov-LaSalle invariant set theory and we show the existence conditions of positive equilibrium and backward bifurcation .
