我国用户生成内容的版权侵权问题日益严重。当前对这一问题的治理中,在宏观与微观两方面都存在多个问题,需要在借鉴国外经验教训的基础上,进行有针对性地改进,即宏观层面上的法律建设和微观层面上UGC网站、UGC用户的共同努力,才能使我国的治理模式更加完善,治理效果更加显著。

Copyright infringement issues of user-：generated content in China get worse with each passing day. There are so many pnablems in settling this trouble both from macrocosm and microcosm. To make the solution more perfect and work better, it＇ s necessary to learn lessons from foreign countries and then improve it by law construction and also joint efforts from UGC sites and UGC users.
