摘要
目的建立京大戟中大戟二烯醇的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用汉邦Benetnach C8(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(83∶17),流速为1 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为203 nm。结果大戟二烯醇进样量在0.47~2.85μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.96%(n=6),RSD为0.97%。结论该方法能够准确测定京大戟中大戟二烯醇的含量。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of euphol in Radix Euphorbia Pekinesis Methods The HPLC-ELSD system consisted of Benetnach C8column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.2 % phosphoric acid(83∶17). The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1and the column temperature was set at 30℃. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results Euphol showed good linear relationship between sample size and peak area in the range of 0.47~2.85 μg. The average recovery of euphol was 99.96 %(n=6),with the RSD of 0.97 %. Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and sensitive for the determination of euphol in Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis.
