摘要
本文以某工程8万立方米油罐为例,对底板进行了全方位的防腐设计。罐底板下表面采用涂料和阴极保护相结合、内底板上表面采用涂料和牺牲阳极相结合、边缘板采用GF2000边缘板综合防水保护系统的防腐方案。能够有效地延缓腐蚀穿孔,保证油罐的安全运行。为大型油罐的防腐设计提供参考。
The paper takes a project of 80,000m3 tank as an example to design the comprehensive corrosion protection schemefor the tank bottom plate. The combination of coating and cathodes protection is taken to protect the under surface of tank bottom plate.The combination of coating and sacrificial anode is taken to protect the upper surface of inner tank bottom plate. GF2000 comprehensivewaterproof protection system is taken to protect the tank edge plate. The operation safety of tank is guaranteed,because the corrosionperforation is dominated by the corrosion protection scheme. The reference significance for corrosion protection design of tank is provided bythe result.
