摘要
本文对现有安全阀离线校验方法进行研究,并提出了新的基于加速度传感器与压力变送器的弹簧式安全阀离线校验系统。本文给出了利用加速度-压力变送器来校验安全阀整定压力的原理。利用VB编程语言建立了安全阀校验系统的操控界面,利用access建立安全阀校验的数据储存系统。
This article investigates the present calibration methods of offline safety value,and proposes a new direct spring loaded safetyvalue system which is based on the acceleration transducer and pressure transmitter. This study offers the principles of calibrating the safetyvalue set pressure by acceleration-pressure transmitter. The operating interface of the system is set up by the VB programming language,whilethe data storage system is done by access.
