摘要
本文对塔设备局部结构在设计工况及管道载荷作用下的复合应力状态应用有限元软件ANSYS进行应力分析,对内压和外载荷分别计算,经分析比较,最终确定该弯曲应力为一次弯曲应力,为进一步对该结构进行安全评定提供依据。
The composite stress of the local structure of a tower equipment under designing conditions and pipeline loading is analyzed by finite element software ANSYS and the internal pressure and external load are calculated respectively,the results of which are analyzed and compared to confirm the stress as primary bend stress for further security evaluation of the structure.
