工程造价全过程管理是基于从决策阶段的投资估算、设计阶段的概算、实施阶段的合同价到竣工决算的全费用、全过程的管理。本文论述了石油工程建设在全过程的造价管理中如何做好造价管理,并针对石油工程造价管理存在的问题提出了几点对策。

The whole process of project cost management is based on the management from the decision-making phase of investment estimation, design phase of the budget, the implementation stage of the contract price to the completion of the final accounts of all costs. This article describes the whole process cost management in petroleum engineering construction to provide solutions for existing issues in this field.
