摘要
针对滚柱齿被螺旋线切除产生不规则结构,在啮合传动中易发生断裂或使机构发生偏载问题,以滚柱齿内啮合副为研究对象,采用有限元方法建立了三维接触分析模型。考虑滚柱齿啮合线长度,分别对20个滚柱齿与内齿圈啮合进行了静态接触分析。研究结果表明,不同编号滚柱齿参与啮合时,最大接触应力值随着总接触线长度的减小而增大;滚柱齿中小齿牙的存在,导致最大接触应力偏大,且接触线较短的小齿牙会影响最大接触应力的位置和大小。研究结果可对行星滚柱丝杠螺纹副和齿轮副参数匹配设计及承载分析提供参考。
In order to avoid the rupture of roller gear and load misalignment of mechanism in operation due to the anomaly structure of the roller gear removed by helix ,the 3D contact model of internal meshing pair is established based on finite element method .Considering the length of meshing line in roller gear ,the static contact analyses are performed for twenty roller gears meshing with ring gear respectively .The re‐sults indicate that when roller gears of different numbers mesh with the ring gear ,the maximum contact stress increases with the decrease of total length of contact line ,and the maximum contact stress will in‐crease due to the small gear teeth existing in the roller gear .Furthermore ,the positions and values of the maximum contact stress are influenced by shorted contact line of the small gear tooth .The findings can be used as a guide for parameter design of thread pair and gear pair and analysis of carrying capacity in plane‐tary roller screw mechanism .
