摘要
分析了范成法加工椭圆齿轮时刀具和毛坯间的位置关系和啮合特性,对范成过程进行了动态仿真,给出了MATLAB程序M文件,利用刀具的周期性大幅精简了程序。通过动态范成模拟图分析了齿廓曲线的组成,并提出了一种包络线的绘制方法。
The positional relationship and cutting mechanism between the cutter and blank are analyzed in the generation method of elliptical gears .Dynamic simulation is carried out on the process of generation . M file is presented .The program is greatly simplified through tool periodicity .The composition of the tooth profile curve is analyzed through dynamic simulation diagram of generation ,and a drawing method of envelope is proposed .
