林地资源利用对林业可持续发展的影响分析——以贵州省为例

Analysis of the Influences of Forest Land Resources Utilization on Forestry Sustainable Development—Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

结合全国林业发展情况,以贵州省为例,运用综合数据和二元Logistic模型,分析林地资源利用和林业发展中存在的问题及其影响因素,结果表明:贵州省的林地资源相对丰富,但是林地利用率还有待提高;主要林地管护主体——基层林业机构对林地管护的力度较弱;农民受教育水平、林地质量、森林经营规模、林业收入比重、有无适合造林的无林地和政府补贴对农户的营林意愿影响显著,尤其是林地质量对农户的经营意愿影响最为显著;市县乡级政府对林业发展重视不够,多种林地的利用不尽合理。针对问题,提出了相应的对策建议。

Considering the national forest situation and taking Guizhou province as an example,the paper analyzes the existing problems of forest land utilization and its causes.The study shows that:the forest land resource is relatively rich and its utilization rate is not high,the land manasgement agencies have weak management influence on forest land,effect of forest land quality on management will is obvious for forest farmer,the local government pays little importance on forestry and scientific directions on land use lacks.Advices are put forward on forest land sustainable development.
