濒危物种及其制品走私案件分析——以厦门海关近八年查获的走私案件为例

Case Analysis of Endangered Species and Product Smuggling—Take Smuggling Cases Seized by Xiamen Customs in Nearly Eight Years as an Example

从案件数量、性质、出入境类型等方面对厦门海关2006—2013年期间查获的濒危物种及其制品走私案件数据进行了统计分析。在此基础上,探讨了濒危物种及其制品走私行为发生的原因,并针对遏制和打击濒危物种及其制品走私活动,提出了对策建议。

This paper reviewed the endangered species and product smuggling cases seized by Xiamen Customs from 2006 to 2013,and analyzed the number,the nature and entry-exit characteristics of the ca-ses and other aspects.Based on these,the key reasons for smuggling endangered species and their prod-ucts were explored.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to curb and fight smuggling endangered species and products.
