刍论高校创业课教师胜任特征指标体系的构建

Explorations of the Index System Construction for College Teachers' Competency Characteristics for the Course of Business Starting

基于高校开展创业课程教师选聘、培训和业绩考核等工作的需要,使用文献法、编码词典法和专家小组评分法对高校创业课程教师胜任特征进行探索研究。经过提炼、筛选与整理,获取高校创业课程教师的九项胜任特征指标,并对其进行概念界定与定义分级,经过专家评分的测试和验证,获知本创业课程教师的胜任特征指标提取有效,指标评定等级清晰、合理、适用。

Based on the need of developing the selecting, training and performance evaluating of the college teachersin the course of business starting, this paper adopts the methods of literature study, encoding dictionary, and expertgroup evaluation to study the competent characteristics of the college teachers in this course. After extracting, filteringand collating, the paper acquires nine competent indexes and defines the concept and classification. Then the expertgroup evaluation is tested and the results prove that this index system for competency is effective and the rating isclear, reasonable and applicable.
