脑卒中病人出院后健康坚韧性与生活质量的相关性分析

Analysis of correlation between health-related hardiness and quality of life of stroke patients after discharge

[目的]调查脑卒中病人出院后3个月健康坚韧性与生活质量水平,并探讨两者的相关性。[方法]采用健康坚韧性量表(HRHS)和脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)对216例脑卒中病人进行调查。[结果]脑卒中病人出院后3个月的健康坚韧性总分为117.25分±10.40分,控制维度得分为46.78分±6.25分,承担维度得分为24.78分±5.47分,挑战维度得分为45.68分±3.45分;生活质量得分为144.93分±46.18分,且脑卒中病人生活质量与健康坚韧性呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]健康坚韧性与脑卒中病人生活质量密切相关,在康复护理过程中,应关注病人的健康坚韧性状况,通过坚韧性训练,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To investigate health-related hardiness and quality of life level of stroke patients 3months latar after discharge,and to probe into the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 216 cases of stroke patients were investigated by using health-related hardiness scale(HRHS)and stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL).Results:3 months later after discharge,the total health-related hardiness score of stroke patients was 117.25±10.40,control dimension score was 46.78±6.25,commitment dimension score was 24.78±5.47,challenge dimension score was 45.68±3.45;quality of life score was 144.93±46.18,and stroke patients' quality of life was positively correlated with health-related hardiness(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health-related hardiness is closely related to quality of life of stroke patients.During the rehabilitation nursing,the patient's health-relate hardiness situation should be focused on,through the hardiness training to improve the quality of life.
