"十二五"期间,我国石油工业标准化领域战略目标是参与国际标准制修订工作,将我国管道行业的先进技术制定为国际标准。为此阐述了BSI标准制定工程程序,重点说明了BSI标准项目立项原则、标准草案的意见处理程序,系统梳理了ASME与管道相关的标准。此外介绍了BSI在标准信息化服务和国际化合作等方面的先进经验和推荐做法,例如标准化文件信息服务、设立镜像技术委员会等。最后分析了我国管道行业标准国际化存在的问题,提出了BSI标准采标建议和参与BSI标准制定工作建议。

Aimming at China petroleum industries standardization field Strategic goals during twelve-five period, such as to participate international standards development and revision, and China pipeline industry of advanced technology for international standards formulated. BSI standards working procedure is discussed, emphasized BSI standard project development principle and standard draft negative vote handling procedure. and systematically collecting ASME pipeline standards.The advanced experience and practice on standard information service and standard internationalization cooperation were also introduced,such as standard document service and set up mirror technology Committee. Finally, According to analyse the existing problems of standards internationalization for China pipeline industries, recommendations are made to adopt BSI standards and participate ASME standard development.
