摘要
某核电厂核岛除盐水分配水泵在日常运行时联轴器发生了断裂,本文对断裂联轴器的宏观形貌、微观形貌、材料成分、力学性能、金相、联轴器受力情况进行分析。结果表明:联轴器材料由于冶金或热处理工艺不当,导致其强度不符合标准要求,使其强度与运行工况相当,从而导致发生了该材料强度下的正常脆性断裂。
The coupling on pump of desalted water broken on daily inspectionin a domestic nuclear power plant.The fracture reason of coupling was studied by means of metallographic anslysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and so on.The results indicated that the strength of the coupling was lower than the standard strength which caused brittle fracture.
