摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期厌食妇女在孕期接受健脾药膳干预后对其娩出新生儿出生体重的影响,并分析药膳干预的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月~2014年1月在武汉市硚口区妇幼保健院和社区卫生服务中心建册,并参加孕期保健且患有妊娠期厌食症的孕产妇242例,随机分为干预组(121例)和对照组(121例),干预组采用常规保健配合孕期健脾药膳治疗,对照组仅采用常规孕期保健,两组均建立随访档案,孕期及产后随访的数据录入相应的数据库,从数据库中分别查出孕前体重指数及新生儿出生体重,并对数据进行统计分析比较。结果:干预组新生儿出生体重明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:健脾药膳治疗能够有效改善妊娠期厌食症状,并改善孕妇营养状况,继而可使新生儿出生体重明显增加。
Objective: To explore the effect of herbal cuisine of tonifying spleen intervention during pregnancy among the pregnant women with anorexia on neonatal birth weight, analyze the curative effect of herbal cuisine of tonifying spleen intervention. Methods: A total of 242 pregnant women establishing health care cards, participating in gestational health care, and having anorexia during pregnancy in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Qiaoknu District and Community Health Service Center in Wuhan city from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group (121 cases) and control group (121 cases), the women in intervention group were treated with routine care during pregnancy combined with herbal cuisine of tonifying spleen, while the women in control group were treated with routine care during pregnancy; follow-up records were established in the two groups, gestational and postpartum follow-up data was input into corresponding database, progestational BMI and neonatal birth weight in the database were searched, then the data was analyzed and compared. Results: Neonatal birth weight in intervention group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Herbal cuisine of tonifying spleen can effectively improve the symptoms of anorexia and nutritional status of pregnant women, and it can increase neonatal birth weight.
