核消汤治疗乳腺增生症60例临床观察

Clinical observation on 60 patients with cyclomastopathy treated by Hexiao decoction

目的：观察核消汤治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：选取2010～2013年长春中医药大学附属医院及长春市绿园区经开医院门诊的120例女性乳腺增生症患者为研究对象,按入院时间顺序将患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予乳核散结片口服治疗,观察组给予核消汤治疗。结果：观察组治疗显效率为60.0%,明显高于对照组（48.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组（81.6%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：核消汤治疗妇女乳腺增生症疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Hexiao decoction in treatment of cyclomastopathy. Methods： A total of 120 female patients with cyclomastopathy were selected from outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Economic Development Zone Hospital in Luyuan District of Changchun city from 2010 to 2013, then the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of admission to hospital, 60 patients in each group; the patients in control group were treated with oral administration of Ruhesanjie tablet, while the patients in observation group were treated with Hexiao decoction. Results： The markedly effective rate in observation group was 60. 0%, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （48. 3% ） （P〈0. 05 ） ; the total effective rate in observation group was 96. 7%, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （81.6%） （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The curative effect of Hexiao decoction in treatment of cyelomastopathy is satisfactory.
