摘要
针对谐振开关电容变换器输出特性异常现象,以四阶谐振开关电容变换器为例,给出了应用电力电子变换器的开关布尔矩阵分析方法,分析高阶谐振开关电容变换器拓扑潜在电流路径的详细方法,为形成系统化的复杂电力电子变换器潜电路分析技术提供了依据。
The sneak circuit path in resonant switched capacitor converter is a latent circuit paths which can lead to undesired output voltage character at some certain conditions. In this paper, based on switch Boolean matrix for power converters, the sneck circuit analysis method of higer-stage resonant switched capacitor converter was giwen in detail, and for example, 4-stage resonant switched capacitor(RSC)converter was identifieded. The systematic analysis basis of sneak circuit analysis for power electronic converter was provided.
