佛山市禅城区公共自行车系统运营的优化

Operation optimization of public bicycles system in Chancheng district of Foshan city

首先收集了公共自行车的每个站点在30 d内的使用数据,然后应用Excel和SPSS等统计软件对使用数据进行统计、分析,得到公共自行车服务系统各个站点的运行规律、借车人借还车规律和高峰日系统的具体运行规律,分析了佛山市禅城区公共自行车的运营现状,最后在此基础上针对公共自行车运营的服务方式、租赁站点规划及经营中不足的方面提出优化建议和方案。

In this paper, we firstly collect data on each station of public bicycles system in a period of 30 d. Secondly, we use the statistical softwares of Excel and SPSS to investigate the data collected, and then we get operation rules of all the bicycle spots, and the specific operating rules of borrowing and returning bicycles in the peak day, and then we analysis operation status of public bicycles system. Finally we put forward the optimization suggestions on the basis of public bicycle operation ways of services, setting the site and management deficiencies.
