摘要 针对目前某些气田井筒硫沉积严重,现阶段化学溶硫剂具有剧毒性、现场操作工艺复杂、除硫效果不明显等问题,提出了一种新型井筒自动除硫装置及其除硫方法。该装置通过将天然气的能量转化为自身的动力,实现自身的旋转,并从井底向井口运动,以液力除硫和机械除硫相结合,对井筒壁面上所沉积的硫进行清除,实现了除硫的自动化、节能化、高效化。室内试验结果表明,该装置可以在井生产期间对井筒壁面上所沉积的硫实现有效清除,并且其具有操作简单、费用低、机械结构简单等优点,具有良好的应用前景。 In line with such problems as severe sulphur deposition in gas ifeld wellbores, acute toxicity of chemical sulphur dissolving agent at present, complex operation process at site and unfavorable desulphuring effectiveness, this paper presents a new kind of automatic wellbore desulphuring equipment and its desulphuring method. This equipment converts the natural gas energy into its own power and realizes its rotation. It moves from hole bottom to wellhead and remove sulphur deposited on wellbore walls both hydraulically and mechanically. This equipment removes sulphur automatically, efifciently and saves energy. Indoor test results show that this equipment can effectively remove the sulphur on the wellbore wall surface during gas production, and it is characterized by easy operation, low cost, simple mechanical structure. It enjoys a good application prospect.
