通过调研从工艺技术、环境、经济性、政策等方面对我国污泥建材利用(包括制砖、陶粒、水泥等建筑材料)产业化发展中面临的问题进行总结和分析,并分析该产业的主要利益相关者及其相互影响和对该产业发展的作用,从主要利益相关者的角度对问题的解决及该领域产业化发展提出建议。

This article summarizes and analyzes the problems in the development of utilization and industrializa?tion of urban sludge as building materials in China from the perspectives of technology, environment, economy, policy and so on, and analyzes the primary stakeholders and their interaction and their influence on the develop?ment of the utilization. Besides, the article puts forward to recommendations to solve the problems of industrial development in the field from the stakeholders' perspective.
