神东矿区煤矸石理化特征及其利用途径研究

Research on the physical and chemical characteristics and utilization of coal shale in Shendong mining area

针对神东矿区煤矸石量大且严重污染环境的问题,对矿区11个排矸场进行采样,在分析煤矸石的理化特征基础上对其利用途径进行分析。神东矿区煤矸石近期综合利用方向研究结果:重点建设一定规模的烧结砖、骨料、陶粒和脱碳后煤矸石建材化综合利用等生产线;依据电力资源要求合理建设发电厂;利用煤矸石做筑路和充填材料。

Through the research on the physical and chemical characteristics and utilization of coal shale in Shendong mining area, the results is obtained to contructs a certain scale of production lines for fired bricks, ag?gregates, ceramsite decarbonized coal shale, power plants based on resource requirements, and use coal shale for road and filling material.
