脑梗死患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1和C反应蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量:7

Clinical Significance of Measurement on Serum Level of Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 and C-reactive Protein in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和C反应蛋白(CRP)检测的临床意义。方法选择急性脑梗死患者50例,另选择年龄、性别、传统血管危险因素匹配的健康体检者50例为对照组。所有研究对象均测定空腹血清IGF-1和CRP水平。结果脑梗死组血清IGF-1水平较对照组显著降低,而血清CRP水平显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。脑梗死组血清IGF-1和CRP水平呈负相关(r=-0.72,P<0.01)。结论脑梗死患者存在低度炎性反应,血清低IGF-1与高CRP水平提示了脑梗死的一些可能的病理生理机制。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of measurement on serum level of insulin-like growth factor-1( IGF-1) and C-reactive protein( CRP) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected. 50 healthy people which matched with age,sex,and traditional vascular risk factors were selected as control group.Serum level of fasting IGF-1 and CRP were measured among the whole objects. Results Serum IGF-1 level in cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that in control group,but serum CRP level was distinctly higher,differences have statistical significance( P < 0. 01). The serum IGF-1 level in cerebral infarction group was negatively correlated with the serum CRP level( r =- 0. 72,P < 0. 01). Conclusions There was a low-grade inflammatory reaction in cerebral infarction patients.Serum low level of IGF-1 and high level of CRP showed that there are some possible pathophysiological mechanism in cerebral infarction.
