摘要
无黏土相钻井液体系在陆地钻井中应用已经较为广泛,技术相对较为成熟。无黏土相钻井液体系具备低密度固相含量低、流变性调节范围大、利于提高机械钻速等特点,多用作钻开液。针对南海番禺35-2区块1井的地层特点,选择使用无黏土相聚合物钻井液,从技术难点入手,在室内配方研究的基础上,结合现场钻井液处理措施,成功解决了番禺35-2区块1井311.15m井段容易出现泥岩水化造浆、携砂困难、珠江组中段泥岩容易垮塌等问题,保证起下钻过程顺利,套管顺利下到位。
Clay-free drilling fluid system has been widely applied in land drilling,the technology is relatively mature.The clay-free drilling system has the characteristics of low density and low solid content,high range of rheological adjustment and beneficial for improving rate of penetration,it is frequently used as a spud-in fluid.In view of the formation characteristics of Well 1of Block Panyu 35-2,starting from technical difficulties,on the basis of laboratory research and combined with field drilling fluid treatment measures,a clay-free polymer drilling fluid is used in drilling.It Successfully solves the problems including shale hydrating and making pulp,sand carrying difficultly,easy collapse of mudstone in the middle of Zhujiang Formation in 311.15 mof Well No.1of Block Panyu 35-2.It ensures the smooth running of drill pipes and casings.
