表面活性剂APG-12的合成与表征研究

摘要 采用直接苷化法用正十二醇和葡萄糖以对甲苯磺酸和磷酸为二元催化剂合成十二烷基糖苷(APG-12)的工艺制备APG-12,并研究不同原料配比、催化剂用量、反应体系温度和压力等因素的影响.合成APG-12的适宜工艺条件如下醇和葡萄糖摩尔比7∶1,体系反应温度为115℃,二元催化剂(对甲苯磺酸与磷酸配比为3∶1)用量1.3%,压力控制在3~4kPa.通过红外吸收光谱分析证明所得产物为APG-12,表面张力测试结果表明其表面活性高,具有良好地降低表面张力的性能,是-种高效多功能新型非离子表面活性剂,可应用在日用化工和油田生产中. The method of direct glycosidation is adopted to produce APG-12.However it is originally for the synthesis of dodecyl glucoside with the synthetic materials of n-dodecyl alcohol and glucose and the catalysis of p-Toluenesulfonic and phosphoric acid.From the ratio of raw material,catalyst dosage and reaction temperature,the best reaction process condition of synthesis of APG-12 is concluded as the following,the mole ratio of alcohol and glucose is 7∶1,its reaction temperature is 115℃,the binary catalyst dosage is 1.3%,the reaction pressure is controlled in 3~4kPa.By infrared spectral analysis,the product is proven to be APG-12,experiment indicates that it has good ability of reducing interfacial tension through interfacial tension test,it is a new type of multi-function and high efficient non-ionic surfactant,it can be used in daily chemicals and oilfield production
