摘要
开发合理的切削机构是异形断面盾构的关键技术之一,变异五杆切削机构的合成运动轨迹丰富,可以实现各种异形断面的切削,能够满足实际隧道异形断面的切削需要。为有效实现混合驱动变异五杆机构异形断面盾构切削机构的功能,基于杆组理论,利用平面连杆机构运动分析的复数矢量法对混合驱动变异五杆切削机构进行了运动学分析,建立其运动学模型,获得了该机构的输出运动与输入运动的位置、速度及加速度之间的关系,为进行切削机构动力学分析奠定了基础。
Developing an optimum cutting mechanism is a key technology for the design of special-section shield.The special five-bar cutting mechanism has a variety of synthetic moving trajectories and is suitable for the cutting of all kings of the special-shaped cross-sections,so it can meet the needs of the actual tunnel.To effectively realize the functions of the flexible section shield containing the special five-bar cutting mechanism driven by hybrid drive,based on the theory of pole group,kinematics analysis is carried out by using of the method of complex vector to analyze the movement of planar linkage,a model of kinematics is established and the relationship between the position,velocity and acceleration about the input and output components is obtained,which lays the foundations for dynamics analysis of the cutting mechanism.
