摘要
油缸设计计算方法大同小异,大多数设计计算步骤相当繁杂。为了将设计过程既要保证相对准确且具备理论依据,又要将步骤简单化、模块化,通过对油缸设计过程中计算量较大的油缸内径计算、壁厚计算和强度复核等计算过程中的常见方法进行了探讨,阐述了只要充分利用办公软件Excel公式和函数功能就能进行辅助计算的详细过程,只需要输入数据,通过表格公式和函数的建立,便会立即算出所需结果,大大提高了设计效率。该计算方法和办公软件集成应用具有较大的推广价值,对于其他工程设计计算也有一定的借鉴作用。
Cylinder design and calculation methods are almost the similar,the most of their design procedures are quite complicated.In order to ensure the accuracy of design process and have a theoretical basis,to simplify the steps and for modularization,its inner diameter,wall thickness,and strength verification are studied in the process of cylinder design and calculation.Excel formula and function are used to input data for auxiliary calculations,the results would be obtained quickly to enhance design efficiency.The method and office software can be popularized,it also can provide reference for other engineering calculations.
